Shipping

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that products are sourced from Mongolia before being shipped to you.
Estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks, including sourcing and final delivery to your address. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to Europe. If your location is not listed, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these locations are typically used for military mail or remote postal services that cannot accommodate standard shipping carriers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lullabycashmere@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Lullabycashmere@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive a store gift card with a unique code for the refund amount. This gift card will be issued within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
